Job Description

Seasons at Sandpoint is hiring a full time (30-35 hours per week) Resort Hospitality Associate to help support the beautiful resort on nine acres of lakeshore. The primary purpose of this position focuses on providing exceptional owner and guest experience through operating the front office and club house. This includes administrative and concierge services. Must have positive attitude.
Main duties include:
Responsible for opening, operating and closing the front office area. Maintain email account during shift to ensure messages are addressed and responded to on a timely basis. Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office 365, Etc. Provide necessary information to Owners and Guests and respond to concerns. Escalate issues as needed to through the appropriate channels. Will be responsible to audit and/or log items and invents as deemed pertinent to the overall Owner and Guest experience. Will function as the primary point of contact for all Owners and Guests as needed. Ability to establish and maintain effective and courteous relationships and effectively communicate with other employees and departments, owners, guests and other business contacts over the phone, in-person and through email. This position is a very visible position. The person having this position must possess good communication skills, be detail oriented, organized, have the ability to resolve conflict and have a thorough understanding of Association/Ownership policies, procedures, rules and regulations and expectations.
