$21 per hour Our client, a well known Chicago food brand, is looking for a Seasonal Corporate Concierge to join their team!

Seasonal Corporate Concierge Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by professionally managing inbound phone calls and email inquiries. Accurately enter, process, and monitor orders while providing exceptional support to high-volume corporate accounts. Maintain detailed and accurate customer account records and order information to ensure a seamless customer experience. Track and manage FedEx shipments, resolve delivery issues, and assist customers with replacement or reshipment requests as needed.

Seasonal Corporate Concierge Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams), plus an aptitude for quickly learning new systems Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills Hospitality-focused, with experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented office Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a professional email style Reliable, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently post-training Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
