+ Provide admissions and intake services to patients and potential patients.

+ Respond to telephone inquiries from persons seeking mental health care or information about mental health-related services.

+ Admit patients to the hospital and register outpatients with appropriate physician orders or transfers to another facility.n.

+ Review all paperwork accompanying patients to ensure adherence with hospital and regulatory policies. What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking

+ Master's Degree in Social Service is required
