Job Summary:
Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30 CST Why Dimond Bros .? Great Benefits Package Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching, Paid time off, Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Insurance Seasonal Half-Day Fridays Growth Opportunities Mission-Driven Work People-First Culture Key Responsibilities Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers Assist with walk-in clients Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior Take and upload payments Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Great active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitude Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced Computer literacy Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
