Shuttle Driver:
Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for residents and guests across campus Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the shuttle vehicle Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations As a
Concierge:
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff Answer and direct incoming calls and communications Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and hospitality Monitor safety systems including cameras, alarms, and emergency alerts Coordinate work orders and assist with administrative tasks Handle deliveries and distribute items appropriately Support front desk operations and assist with training new team members This role requires flexibility, as responsibilities shift throughout the day based on transportation needs and front desk coverage.
