A Concierge provides special assistance and courtesy services to guests and patrons at a hotel or club. Greets and provides services for building residents or tenants. Arranges reservations, purchases tickets, answers questions and responds to customer requests.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Steel-toed shoes or boots Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Position Summary Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet arriving guests, verify identification and/or visitor records, and help manage access in accordance with location policies. Answer phones, assist with directions, and support badge issuance, visitor sign-in, and other front desk documentation related to security-related operations. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Observe activity at the front desk and main entry points to help deter unauthorized access and report maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns.
