Role:
As our Client Concierge, you are the heartbeat of our client experience and a vital force multiplier for our legal team. Acting as a proactive central hub, you will ensure no client feels "lost" by providing 5-star support via online chat and phone calls from initial representation through post-approval transition. This is a high-capacity role for a master communicator who thrives on bringing clarity to complex situations and bridging the gap between our internal teams and the people we serve. Client Experience Specialist:
Deliver a proactive, empathetic experience by anticipating client needs, providing clear guidance, and turning potential friction into trust-building moments. Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and online chat, resolving routine inquiries to protect Case Managers from interruptions and "context-switching." Act as a central hub to bridge gaps between internal teams and clients, ensuring no one goes more than one business day without a meaningful response. Support clients through the final phase of their journey by explaining the next steps and directing them to appropriate administrative or financial resources. Maintain meticulous records within Filevine and provide active feedback to leadership to help refine communication scripts and office procedures.
