Job Summary Supervises daily M Club operations, maintains sanitation standards and assists guests on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and grand performers satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Core Work Activities

• Assists guests on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.
• Handles guest problems and complaints.
• Assists with corrective action to continuously improve service results.
• Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures.
• Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• The MClub is a valued amenity for our guests and must be maintained to the highest standard.

It should always be well-stocked with fresh, appealing items to ensure a positive guest experience. However, overstocking can lead to waste, clutter, and reduced efficiency. Team members are responsible for monitoring inventory levels, rotating products as needed, and restocking only what is necessary to meet guest demands. Always follow par levels and managers guidance to ensure consistency and cost control. Physical Activities and Requirements Frequently move and transport objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance and in excess of 40 pounds with assistance. Regularly repositions self to collect objects from floor and overhead level. Must stay in a stationary position and/or move for extended periods across an entire work shift. Constantly manipulates objects of varying size and weight. Constantly determines accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of assigned work and inspects facilities or structures. Cleanliness is important to our guests. Team members are expected to sweep, mop, and complete any other cleaning tasks assigned by a manager. Frequently communicates and exchanges information with co-workers, including in environments with moderate noise levels. Sometimes requires carefully maneuvering in tight spaces such as kitchens, storage areas such as P3, and other food preparation areas. Performs other duties as assigned and needed.
