Job Description

Job Summary We are a small law office seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Concierge to serve as the welcoming face and a primary point of contact for our Social Security Disability clients. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by communicating by phone/text/email with clients of case updates, updating case files, responding to text and email communications, coordinating appointments, requesting medical records, assisting clients with various forms, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your energetic approach will help create a positive experience for our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Duties Greet clients warmly, providing excellent service and guiding them through the Social Security Disability process Manage client case dates and appointments using client management software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly, addressing inquiries about appointments, updates and forms with clarity and professionalism Verify client information, update records, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal and health policies Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing in compliance with privacy standards Experience Prior experience working in a legal or medical office is highly preferred but not requried Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Understanding of Social Security Disability and/or medical records requests is preferred, but not required Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality while managing sensitive information efficiently Join us in delivering compassionate care through exceptional client service! Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
