We're looking for a warm, dependable, and organized Front Desk & Wellness Concierge who genuinely enjoys working with people and can help create an exceptional experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression Check guests in and out and help them prepare for their services Answer phone calls, texts, and client questions throughout your shift Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments Explain Bodhi Salt services, packages, and memberships Help clients choose services based on their interests and wellness goals Process payments and assist with retail purchases Recommend memberships and packages when appropriate — we believe in helpful, genuine recommendations rather than high-pressure sales Communicate with massage therapists and other team members to keep the daily schedule running smoothly Keep the reception, lounge, and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with opening, closing, and other day-to-day operational tasks Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with clients Naturally hospitable and attentive to details Reliable and punctual Organized and able to manage several things at once Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally by text Comfortable learning scheduling and point-of-sale software Interested in wellness, recovery, fitness, yoga, beauty, hospitality, or self-care Comfortable recommending and selling services, packages, and memberships Able to work independently while also being part of a small team Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, salon, fitness studio, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, but personality, reliability, and the ability to connect with our clients are especially important to us.
