New Orleans, LA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $13 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking professional, highly visible, and customer-service-oriented Concierge Security Officers to join our team at the prestigious New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club. As the primary point of contact for members and guests, you will represent the club with professionalism, courtesy, and vigilance. You will maintain a secure environment through ground patrols, gate lockups, guest interactions, and strict adherence to post expectations. Key Responsibilities Daily Log-In & Management Coordination Access Control, Patrol & Facility Duties Member & Guest Services Incident Response & Safety Shift Schedule & Coverage Hours Coverage operates Monday through Sunday across morning and evening split shifts: Day Morning Shift Typically 5am - 11am Evening Shift Typically 4pm - 10pm (some evenings may extend to 11:30pm depending on restaurant closing times)

Note:

Individual shift assignments will be structured to comply with standard work hours. Strict Standards of Conduct & Rules To maintain the high standards of the club, officers must strictly observe the following rules while on duty: No visible cell phone use while on post or in view of members and guests. No headphones or earbuds during shift hours. No sunglasses during night hours.

No personal vehicles/smoking:

Sitting in personal vehicles, smoking, or vaping anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.

Weather Post Modifications:

On cold or inclement weather days, obtain clearance from the MOD before adjusting or relocating your post.
