Part Time Front Desk, Compensation:

up to $18.50 Single occupancy apartment building. (Shelter like conditions) Residents are not allowed guests. Many of the residents have mental health issues and or addictions. We sit in the lobby watching the front door and cameras making observations for management. Shift reports are electronic. Duties and responsibilities' Tour buildings interior, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and community rooms. To ensure that the housing facility is safe and secured from any sort of contingencies and acts of violence. To keenly observe each and every person entering the premise and to keep an eye on intruders. To prevent the entry of unauthorized people and prohibited articles into restricted areas Communicate with management staff regularly To follow guidelines set forth by the facility Uniformed position. There is street parking but very close to Mass Ave and public transportation. There's also a lot with free overnight parking down the street. Skills Needed
