Lobby Attendant Greater Lawrence Family Health Center - 3.4 Methuen, MA Job Details 1 day ago Benefits Tuition reimbursement Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is a multi-site mission-driven non-profit organization employing over 700 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to residents throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites throughout the service area and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program. GLFHC is currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Lobby Attendant to join our Facilities & Security team. This customer-focused position ensures that clinic lobbies provide a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Greet patients and visitors, answer questions, and provide directions to various departments. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and other public areas. Monitor lobby activity to ensure a safe and secure environment; report concerns promptly. Notify Facilities or Housekeeping regarding spills, supply needs, or maintenance issues. Provide basic assistance to patients or visitors with special needs. Respond professionally to guest requests, concerns, or minor incidents, escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, community services, or a customer-facing role preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills required. Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Education:
