Job Description
Join a Boutique Concierge ABA Practice Isabella Ink LLC Concierge Behavioral Therapy is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized support for young adult women with autism and developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to work within a highly personalized, relationship-centered model that prioritizes client assent, quality of care, meaningful outcomes, community engagement, and independence. Unlike traditional high-volume ABA settings, our boutique practice maintains a limited caseload, allowing clinicians to focus on providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships with the clients and team. We are looking for a mature, dependable professional who is confident working independently yet values collaboration, and is passionate about helping young women achieve a better quality of life. Why You'll Love Working With Isabella Ink Competitive pay based on experience and expertise Boutique concierge practice with low caseloads Meaningful one-on-one client relationships Flexible scheduling opportunities Supportive BCBA leadership and collaboration Community-based programming Opportunity to make a significant impact in a young woman's life Responsibilities Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and life-skills development Collect and document behavioral data accurately (online systems) Engage in ongoing collaboration with supervising BCBA and family members Support client goals across home and community settings Maintain a safe, positive, and empowering environment Provide high-quality, client-centered support services Required Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Minimum 3 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and professionally in family homes Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field Master's degree candidates encouraged to apply 5-10+ years of experience in autism services Experience with AAC devices and communication systems Experience supporting non-verbal individuals Community integration and independent living skills experience CPR and First Aid certification Experience in private-pay, concierge healthcare, or family-centered service environments Schedule Part-time and Full-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on client needs and availability Some evenings and weekends may be available Compensation & Benefits Hourly dependant on experience and qualifications Opportunities for growth within a boutique practice Ongoing clinical collaboration and support Meaningful, relationship-driven work with young adult women Application Question Please tell us about your experience supporting young adults with autism and developmental disabilities and what interests you about working in a concierge-style ABA practice.
