Overview We are seeking elite, highly disciplined, Unarmed Private Security officers/Concierge professionals, to provide premium protective services for a private estate. The ideal candidate must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and operational readiness. This role requires a vigilant Professional who seamlessly blends into upscale environments, while maintaining a commanding, authoritative presence when necessary, and a great communicator. Responsibilities Monitor access points using access control systems to authorize entry for authorized personnel, visitors, employees, contractors and guests. Maintain visitors logs, and announce arrivals to tenants or staff. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established procedures and coordinating with emergency responders when necessary Write detailed incident reports documenting any unusual activities or security breaches Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity across the site and conducting visual inspections Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with directions, inquiries, and general support skills Knowledge of physical security measures including access control systems and patrolling techniques Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills to handle challenging situations professionally Familiarity with incident report writing to accurately document events and observations Basic first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures knowledge for immediate assistance in emergencies

Pay:

$22.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): MUST have own transportation MUST have a current, CPR, AED and First Aid certification MUST be available to work evenings, overnight and weekends. No morning shift is available
