Job Summary Tribute at Black Hill, an Atlas Senior Living Community is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Living Concierge/Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our community. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure a smooth and positive experience for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a warm, efficient environment where everyone feels valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact in a vibrant senior living community, making a meaningful difference every day. Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly, professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle front desk duties including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and providing information about community services. Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and personal assistant duties for administrative staff. Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) Assist with clerical responsibilities such as copying, scanning, mailing, and managing office supplies to keep the reception area running smoothly. Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles within office environments or customer service settings. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
