Job Summary:

Skyn Theory Med Spa is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to be the face of our brand. This role is essential in delivering a seamless, high-end client experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide a warm, elevated, and professional experience Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily flow Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Process payments and maintain accurate client records Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive, client-focused attitude

Preferred:

Experience in a med spa, salon, or healthcare setting Sales or upselling experience
