?? Due to continuing growth, we have an upcoming opening for a strong, experienced Concierge. If you are energetic and organized and have excellent customer service skills, we have an opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be experienced working closely with staff to manage the community, must be detail-oriented, able to make decisions independently, wear many hats, and have the ability to deal with residents and vendors, Qualified candidates will have 1 plus year in apartment management experience. The shifts will be Midnight - 8 am. Consultants are those men and women whom we all have met when we choose to visit an Apartment Community. These professionals meet and greet, tour, and help to qualify potential residents in a friendly, professional manner. Leasing Consultants also keep existing residents happy by accepting work orders and supplying the community with exceptional customer service. This is your chance to launch your career. Smart Staffing Solutions has been providing staffing solutions for the New Home and Apartment Industries for over 20 years and is currently looking for experienced candidates in the Rockville, MD area. The Ideal Candidate will have the following requirements: > MUST be available to work weekends and overnight shifts > Must Have Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills area > Previous experience highly preferred > Yardi experience a plus! > Professional Dress and Demeanor > Reliable transportation > Must pass a background check - No Collections, Evictions, or Charge Offs! > Accurate Typing Skills > College degree or equivalent 5 years of professional work experience
