Job Description

We are currently seeking a friendly, compassionate, and hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team. As the first person residents, guests, families, and vendors encounter, you play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience every day.
Schedule Part-Time Every other weekend: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Two weekday evening shifts: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Must be 18 years of age or older What You'll Do Greet and welcome residents, guests, families, and vendors Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist residents and visitors with questions and requests Receive and log package deliveries, then notify residents Create maintenance work orders as needed Support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks and special projects Help create a positive and engaging environment for residents and guests What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications Professional, dependable, and organized Ability to remain calm and helpful when resolving concerns or requests Benefits & Perks Competitive pay starting at $18.00/hour+ based on experience One free meal per shift Employee referral bonus program Employee recognition programs Rewarding work with seniors in a supportive team environment If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you!
