Job Overview The Cove Day Spa is looking for a warm, polished, and dependable Spa Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and takes pride in creating a beautiful, welcoming environment. The ideal person has good judgment, strong attention to detail, and the initiative to notice what needs to be done and take care of it.

9 AM-3 PM What You'll Do Welcome and check in guests Answer phones and manage appointments Assist clients with services, memberships, and gift cards Check guests out and process payments Handle everyday client questions with warmth and good judgment Keep the reception area, common spaces, and treatment rooms beautifully maintained Complete light cleaning, laundry, organization, and restocking Maintain weekly KPI tracking and simple spreadsheets Help track appointments, revenue, rebooking, memberships, and cancellations Write and prepare a weekly client marketing email Assist with occasional administrative and marketing projects Help keep the spa organized and running smoothly We'd Love to Meet You If You Are Warm and personable Dependable and punctual Polished and professional Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and self-directed Comfortable with computers and spreadsheets A strong written communicator Attentive to cleanliness and presentation Confident using good judgment Someone who takes pride in doing things well Because this is a highly visible, client-facing position, team members are expected to arrive well-groomed and professionally presented, with clean, intentionally styled hair and neat, professional clothing. Previous spa experience is welcome but not required . We're happy to train the right person on our services, systems, and software.
