Job Description

Description:
This position will have shifts at our Property in Hopkins & Edina, MN. Schedule will vary per week based on Property needs. Shifts are weekend &/or evenings. The amount of hours per week will vary but up to 26 hours per week. Position Summary The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the standards and culture of the organization. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities, coordinating resident services, and supporting community engagement efforts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greeting guests and residents at the front desk and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Maintain cleanliness and operation of the coffee stations. Monitor and manage resident amenity spaces, ensuring rule compliance, cleanliness, and proper closing procedures. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Post resident notices as required. Oversee package handling and resident package services. Support the planning and coordination of resident events. Contribute to the creation and distribution of resident newsletters. Assist residents in submitting maintenance work orders. Conduct parking, storage and balcony audits. Adhere to all company policies, including grooming and conduct standards. Promptly address and document all resident requests, concerns, and service needs. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable working under tight deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to work independently while consistently exercising sound judgement in high pressure situations.
Classification Status:
Non-Exempt Schedule:
Part-Time up to 20 hours a week days/hours vary Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required.
Breaks:
30-minute daily lunch break
COMPENSATION
$20.5 p/hr. This position is eligible for Sick and Safe time-1 hour per 30 hours worked, as well as MN Paid Leave. This position NOT eligible for benefits. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
