Concierge (Part-Time Every other weekend) Caretta Senior Living - Maplewood, MN Position Summary We are seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will provide courteous and efficient reception services to residents, staff, and visitors while serving as a central communication hub during both daily operations and emergencies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is patient, compassionate, and service-focused , and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for others.

Saturday & Sunday Every other weekend
Pay:
$16 per hour

Caretta Senior Living 1910 County Rd C E, Maplewood, MN 55109 Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Monitor lobby and reception areas to support resident safety and awareness Ensure timely staff response to resident or visitor needs Accurately take and relay messages, prioritizing urgent matters Follow security procedures including monitoring keys, pagers, and camera systems Be knowledgeable of community services and assist with general inquiries Respond to emergencies including fire, severe weather, power outages, resident elopement, and 911 calls following community procedures Perform administrative and support tasks Complete assigned duties within designated timeframes Adhere to all GLMC policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience (multiline phone system preferred) High School Diploma or GED Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and judgment abilities Ability to relate to and support an aging population Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Pleasant and professional phone presence Professional appearance and demeanor Patient, compassionate, and service-oriented approach Ability to read, write, spell, perform basic math, and communicate effectively in English Join Our Team If you bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping others, we would love to meet you.
