Proficient in Outlook, Word Processing, Yardi and Excel. Administer the rental of apartments; maximizing occupancy levels via new leases and taking steps to ensure renewal rates remain high. Handle incoming phone inquiries, provide tours of the apartment and community with potential residents and telephone follow-up with potential residents. Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and scheduling repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work. Applicant must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Handle resident issues efficiently. Comply with all federal and local fair housing regulations and ordinances and all laws Physically walk and inspect the Property daily, including checking on any vacant apartments. Plan monthly events for residents to promote community. Coordinate maintenance work with appropriate sub-contractors. Contact us for additional details required by
