The role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment, and is comfortable helping with a variety of tasks as needed. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with general lodge, event, and property support duties.
• Help with setup, cleanup, organizing, and light maintenance tasks.
• Support guest-facing hospitality needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Communicate promptly about any property needs, concerns, or schedule updates. Desired Qualifications

• Friendly, respectful, and professional with guests and team members.
• Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of hospitality, property, and household support tasks.
• Ability to maintain both work areas and personal living space in a clean, safe, and respectful manner.
• Hospitality, event, groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Availability for part-time hours, including some evenings or weekends depending on events and property needs.

Schedule and Location This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on lodge and event needs. On-site living accommodation is available as part of the arrangement, with specific details regarding housing, schedule, duties, compensation, utilities, and expectations to be discussed with qualified applicants.
