  • Resident Relationship Specialist Our client is seeking a customer-focused Resident Relationship Specialist to support a short-term project in a fast-paced property management environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. The position is primarily focused on phone and email communication with residents and vendors while assisting with the resolution and routing of support tickets. Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Relationship Specialist Respond to resident and vendor inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Manage and close communication tickets related to resident concerns, lease renewals, rental inquiries, complaints, and general questions. Route and assign tickets to the appropriate property teams or managers as needed. Follow up on open inquiries to ensure prompt resolution and excellent customer service. Utilize a ticketing system to track, update, and monitor service requests. Assist with a project aimed at reducing ticket backlogs and improving response times. Maintain accurate records of communications and customer interactions. Provide administrative support related to resident relations and customer service functions. Qualifications
  • Resident Relationship Specialist Previous resident services, administrative support, or office experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable working with technology and learning new software applications. Experience with ticketing systems is a plus; Zendesk experience is preferred, not required. Experience with Yardi is preferred but not required. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. #INAUG2026
