Job Description
Fizz Facial Bar is hiring a Spa Coordinator to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients. This role blends front desk hospitality with hands-on support to keep the bar running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet and seat clients, answer phones, and manage scheduling Recommend and process memberships Process payments and handle rescheduling requests Support Skin Pros by resetting bar stations between appointments Help keep the space clean, sanitized, and guest-ready Assist with day-to-day Fizz Flow to keep service moving efficiently Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door Plan and schedule facial parties What We're Looking For Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred Friendly, energetic personality suited to a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking Willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support Prior event planning experience Why Fizz Great entry point into the beauty/wellness industry Employee discounts and a fun, supportive team
