PRN What You'll Do Educates customers on proper and safe usage of home medical equipment, ostomy, diabetic, wound care, respiratory equipment to include oxygen, small volume nebulizer. Can trouble shoot equipment problems over the phone Accesses customer needs, measures customers for custom fit, explains safety issues. Responsible for verifying information is correct Keeps current on medicare, medicaid, and insurance payor requirements for equipment and supplies and is able to explain the coverage to customers. Calls insurance for verification as needed Handles customer complaints to resolve issues Assists with ordering/restocking inventory.
