Schedule:
Full-time, Days. No holidays/no weekends. What You'll Do Accountable for all aspects of scheduling procedures. Responsible for retrieval of minimal demographic information and communication of instructions to patient and/or physician office of scheduled procedures. Responsibilities- Assists in reviewing patient schedules daily for scheduling accuracy
- Assists with answering calls both as back up to office as well as from patients, offices, and others regarding appointments
- Schedules patient appointments per telephone referrals
- Prepares daily patient schedule for check-in receptionists per protocol
- Maintains all schedules as outlined per individual protocol for both physicians and nurse practitioners, ensuring the patient's time at the facility is spent as efficiently as possible
- Ensures that patient appointment reminder calls are made and assists when necessary
- Assists with making sure provider schedules are full and appointments are accurately scheduled each day as outlined per their individual protocol
