Please Note:

This is an active, on-your-feet role with frequent walking and standing throughout your shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide door attendant services and greet residents, guests, and vendors Assist with event setup and audio/visual equipment Perform valet parking Escort residents and guests throughout the property Walk dogs as requested Perform keyholder duties for residents as requested Staff the security desk — determine nature of business and direct visitors Provide basic tech support (cell phones, laptops, general troubleshooting) Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

2+ years of customer service experience (required) Valid driver's license (required) Basic technology proficiency Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak) Reliable transportation Ability to walk frequently throughout the property Why Work at
