Night Concierge

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Concierge, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming and secure environment for our guests during the overnight hours. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving or seeking assistance during the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Your proactive approach and exceptional guest service skills will help foster a memorable experience while maintaining the smooth operation of our resort or hotel property. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries in a friendly, professional manner. Manage guest requests promptly, including room service, transportation arrangements, and local information. Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security. Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs or resolve issues efficiently. Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions, incidents, and security checks throughout your shift. Provide multilingual support to accommodate diverse guest needs and enhance overall guest relations. Experience Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially in front desk or guest services roles. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging with international guests. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during overnight hours. Knowledge of hospitality operations, resort environments, or restaurant experience is beneficial. Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest relations practices to ensure exceptional service delivery. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
