Fleet Maintenance Technician (Mobile)

Overview We want experienced mechanics / technicians who understand how to diagnose, repair and do so timely. We have opportunities with our mobile team. If you are looking to live off an hourly wage you need not apply. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques. Changing tires up to 22.5 on the road Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle systems, including air brakes, HVAC, shocks, struts, and alignment. Conduct brake repairs and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document work required and work completed through our digital application for service. This includes photos, movies and description of recommendations. Quality Control Requirements Tools including scanner (ideal) and electrical troubleshooting equipment (required) Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Familiarity with air brake systems, HVAC systems, shocks, struts, alignment, brake repair, and tire service is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Must be able to pass driver license check for insurance. Some tickets OK, but if have DWI it must be 5 years old.
