Part Time Front Desk Concierge & Content Assistant

Front Desk Concierge & Content Assistant Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and enhancing the client experience. You will also assist with content creation as needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate booking and time management Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly Assist with content filming and editing Respond to customer service calls and emails Process payments, handle transactions, and maintain financial records Keep the reception and waiting area clean and inviting Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed Maintain clean workspace and common areas Highly preferred candidates: Those that have spa, salon, massage center, wax center experience. Assist with content creation.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role is a plus Basic computer proficiency, particularly in appointment scheduling software Are you willing to work past 9 PM and on weekends?

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you available to work every other weekend, 9am to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays? Are you available to work as needed, or do you need a more structured schedule? Do you have any experience using Vagaro or any booking system? List any spa/salon experience you have, if any. Are you available for training Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, for two weeks only? On a scale of 1-10, how comfortable and proficient at content creation are you (this includes video production, editing, and tiktok live selling)?
