Job Description
Front Desk ConciergeJob Summary We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming face of our senior living community. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression while providing outstanding customer service each day. Beyond traditional front desk responsibilities, the Concierge serves as a trusted resource for residents and their families by building meaningful relationships, assisting with appointments and transportation coordination, answering questions, and helping connect residents with the services they need. The ideal candidate enjoys working with seniors, has a heart for hospitality, and thrives in creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Responsibilities Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using professional phone etiquette. Build positive relationships with residents by learning their names, preferences, and individual needs. Provide assistance to residents and families by answering questions, offering information, and directing them to the appropriate team members. Help residents coordinate appointments, transportation, and community services as requested. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for resident services when appropriate. Support move-ins by welcoming new residents and families and helping create a smooth transition into the community. Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, packages, and visitor sign-in procedures. Maintain accurate visitor logs and follow community security procedures. Provide administrative support including filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and preparing documents. Assist with resident communications, newsletters, calendars, and community announcements. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Coordinate with all departments to ensure resident requests and concerns are addressed promptly. Support community events by greeting guests, assisting with registration, and providing hospitality during special functions. Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, hotel operations, or administrative support preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for serving seniors. Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications. Ability to manage multiple telephone lines while maintaining exceptional customer service. Professional appearance and positive, friendly demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with resident information. Experience with scheduling, appointment coordination, or office administration is preferred.
