Job Description
Aesthetic Practice seeks a professional individual for the front office with experience in the luxury hospitality industry. You are the first point of contact - the face and voice of the practice. You will welcome visitors and take calls in a warm and professional manner. You must appreciate the importance of reception and the significance of being at the forefront of a successful business. Must be energetic, highly motivated and have a positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Accommodate visitors and clients Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary Scheduling patient consultation appointments Patient registration, answering incoming calls and other related administrative functions including assisting in marketing efforts Giving instructions to patients as instructed by physician or physician assistant. Opening and closing the office Handling incoming payments for servicesRequirements:
Excellent phone manners, a self-starter, organized, articulate, a quick thinker and confident. Must speak English and Spanish fluently and clearly. Excellent customer service skills and a caring personality. Strong ability and willingness to learn about medical procedures, terminology, and electronic medical records. Excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft software including Word, and Excel. Seeking 1 candidateJob Type:
