Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking an Experience Concierge to support our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Morrisville, NC. This highly customer-facing role is responsible for delivering a welcoming, seamless, and memorable experience for customers, partners, and executives from arrival through departure. The Experience Concierge serves as a key connection point across the EBC experience, coordinating hospitality, guest arrivals and departures, meeting transitions, catering, customer-facing environments, and day-of guest needs. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality-first mindset, exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs in a fast-paced executive environment.Responsibilities include:
Deliver a welcoming, seamless, and memorable guest experience from arrival through departure, ensuring every customer and partner feels welcomed, valued, and supported. Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, meeting transitions, catering, hospitality services, and customer-facing environments to support successful engagements. Ensure meeting spaces, hospitality areas, and customer environments consistently reflect EBC quality standards. Anticipate guest needs, resolve hospitality-related issues, and proactively address concerns to maintain a positive customer experience. Partner with Customer Engagement, Experience Operations, Experience Technology, Storytelling, Security, Catering, Facilities, and other support teams to ensure coordinated engagement delivery. Coordinate hospitality planning and day-of guest services for room-only engagements using established EBC standards and processes. Maintain hospitality documentation, guest preferences, operational checklists, and service standards to ensure consistency across engagements. Gather guest feedback and share observations and recommendations that enhance the Guest Experience capability and overall customer experience. Utilize established operational processes, digital tools, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, customer engagement, communications, events, marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a hospitality-first mindset. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve routine issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and executive presence when interacting with customers, partners, and senior leaders.Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in executive hospitality, customer experience, events, or a premium customer-facing environment. Experience supporting executive-level customers, partners, or senior stakeholders. Experience coordinating hospitality operations, meeting environments, catering, or customer engagement programs. Experience utilizing digital productivity tools and AI-enabled capabilities to improve quality and efficiency. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.Work Location Requirement:
This role is based in Lenovo's Morrisville, NC Executive Briefing Center and requires a minimum of three days per week onsite, in alignment with Lenovo's hybrid work policy. Due to the customer-facing nature of the role, onsite presence is required whenever the Executive Briefing Center is open and supporting customer engagements. In practice, this role should expect to work onsite approximately 4-5 days per week based on the EBC schedule.
