Employment Options We are currently hiring both Full-Time Concierge Providers and On-Demand Concierge Providers. Full-Time Concierge Provider Work approximately 3-4 days per week Scheduled patient visits throughout the day Consistent patient volume and earnings Ideal for providers seeking a flexible full-time career with an excellent work-life balance On-Demand Concierge Provider Uber-style hours available Accept only the patient visits you want Work whenever it fits your schedule No minimum hours required Perfect for providers looking for supplemental income or maximum flexibility Providers are welcome to participate in both models, working scheduled full-time shifts while also accepting additional on-demand patient visits whenever they choose.
Services Provided:
Concierge house calls for primary care and urgent care Executive physicals
Requirements:
Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Active NPI number Current BLS certification (ACLS required; ACLS preferred if applicable) Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, North Carolina Medicaid, and major commercial insurance carriers Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current automobile insurance Willingness to travel to patient homes, offices, hotels, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other care locations Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision Comfortable making independent clinical decisions in patients' homes and mobile settings Strong assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills Meticulous, accurate, and insurance-compliant EMR documentation Strong understanding of medical necessity, coding, and documentation to support billing and reimbursement Excellent time management and ability to efficiently travel between patient visits Exceptional bedside manner with a concierge, white-glove approach to patient care Outstanding communication and customer service skills Comfortable using mobile technology and EMR systems
