Certification Route driving CDL A High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Premier Property Management is a unique, boutique-styled management company whose goal is to enhance growth, stimulate learning, and empower our team members to push the boundaries of success which continues to make Premier a driving force in the property management industry. We are looking for a Part-Time Shuttle and Concierge Service Provider for our student property in Winston-Salem, NC. We would like to fill this position as soon as possible. The Shuttle Driver's primary responsibility is to provide superior guest services to all residents and guests. To securely provide transit service to the community along fixed routes, in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner and within a daily assigned time schedule. This involves conducting business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws i.e. DOT, OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc. Additional job duties for this position are as follows: (to include but not limited to) Operate passenger shuttle on a scheduled route from the community to campus and locations off campus. Assist the boarding of passengers, including those in wheelchairs or other mobility aids while securing each properly. Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections daily for damages, equipment failures, and safety items to ensure the safe use of the equipment while performing assigned tasks. Notify dispatch (Property Manager or assigned staff member) of any deviations overloading issues, accidents, passenger incidents, medical/behavior problems, or bus mechanical/electrical trouble immediately. Advise passengers of rules and regulations when necessary. Perform clean up services on the shuttle as necessary to provide a pleasant environment for riding. Performs any additional duties assigned by the Property Manager or assigned office staff member Represent the community in a professional manner always. Complete and submit written reports concerning passengers, incidents, and/or accidents concerning the vehicle or passengers. Assist with guest services in the Leasing office when needed
Required Education and Experience:
(to include but not limited to) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some property management experience is preferred.
Job Requirements:
(to include but not limited to) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Must be at least 21 years of age Possess a valid driver's license Clean driving record and ability to meet federal and state driving standards (including regular federally required drug testing) Possess knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance Class A driver's license a MUST. A CDL-Class B may be required for certain vehicles Have at least 3 years transit services experience Must be able to meet DMV vision requirements CPR Certification a plus 1 plus years of experience in vehicle maintenance or related field If you believe that you meet the requirements set forth and feel that your skills and abilities will be an asset to our organization, please apply.
