Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Resident Move-In Coordinator to facilitate seamless transitions for new residents into our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of Senior Living operations. This role is vital in ensuring that each resident's move-in process is efficient, welcoming, and compliant with all relevant regulations. The Resident Move-In Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for new residents, coordinating all aspects of their move-in experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and care. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all move-in activities, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with residents and internal teams.
Handles move-in coordination:
move in day activities, move-in arrangements, parking, utilities, etc Implement protocals to assist the new resident's transition into the community. Communicate effectively with residents regarding move-in procedures, community policies, and available services to foster positive relationships. Collaborate with property management staff to coordinate property maintenance, facilities management, and unit inspections prior to move-in. Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the move-in process through effective conflict management techniques and negotiation skills. Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, lease agreements, and resident records in compliance with data privacy standards. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with prospective residents, vendors, or internal teams to ensure a professional image at all times. Provide sales support as needed Supports a positive and professional image through actions and dress. Maintains inventory of marketing collateral and materials. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in Senior Living preferred Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, Yardi CRM as well as professional written and utilization of email. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining positive resident relations. Proven self starter, eager to learn all community information in order to acclimate the new resident to the community. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently . Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
