LOR Spa is seeking a poised, service-driven Spa Concierge to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences within a calm, elevated wellness environment. At LOR Spa, every detail matters - from the first greeting to the final farewell. We are looking for someone who naturally embodies warmth, professionalism, and discretion while supporting a seamless guest journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests warmly and set the tone for their spa experience Assist guests with check-in, scheduling, and general questions Guide clients through their services and help ensure a smooth visit Handle appointment booking, checkout, and payment processing Provide excellent customer service and support daily front desk operations

SCHEDULE & DETAILS

Part-time position Some evenings required (no shifts past 8PM) + some Saturdays Pay based on experience Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required Great attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential ​
