This role is responsible for handling in-the-field tasks that keep transactions moving—installing and removing signs, placing riders, coordinating hard signatures when needed, and ensuring listings are represented at a high level in the market. This is a task-based, independent role designed for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and thrives on getting things done right the first time. Responsibilities Install, update (riders), and remove listing signs across Lincoln Assist with in-person client needs (ex: coordinating hard signatures when required) Ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the field Complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours (unless otherwise directed) Log each task in our tracking system with details and photo confirmation Communicate proactively with the Operations Manager on any issues or delays Qualifications Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time independently Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable being on the go and navigating the Lincoln area efficiently Takes ownership and communicates clearly Service-minded with a team-first attitude About-our-team At Lincoln Select Real Estate Group, we don't just sell homes — we build careers and empower badass agents.
