Here at VALO Wellness Spa, Scandinavian-inspired spa offering facials, massages, body treatments, and a selection of all organic retail products. We are looking for an Aesthetician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. VALO Wellness Spa offers results-oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our guests can look and feel their best.

Duties for this position include:

Act as a skilled and gracious host, ensuring each guest's comfort, ease, and overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately in accordance with company protocols. Provide thorough, knowledgeable explanations of spa services to optimize guest experience and maximize bookings. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, including scheduling, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns. Coordinate daily appointment flow to support smooth, efficient operations for both guests and practitioners. Check guests in and out with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Perform accurate sales transactions; maintain integrity in point-of-sale (POS) data and adhere to company procedures. Orient guests to the Wellness Playground and assist with setup for their chosen wellness modalities. Conduct walk-in retail sales, offer thoughtful product recommendations, and sell gift cards while maintaining accurate sales tracking. Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by helping maintain public areas and retail displays. Provide spa tours to walk-in guests and prospective members, showcasing Valo's unique offerings and ambiance. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and participate in staff meetings and team discussions. Uphold Valo's values of wellness, professionalism, and care while protecting client confidentiality and ensuring a peaceful, respectful environment.
