Job Description

Mark 70 Condominium Association is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Security/Concierge. As the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and contractors, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, observant, reliable, and able to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor security cameras and building activity. Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a professional manner. Verify visitors before granting access to the building. Answer telephones and communicate with residents. Monitor contractor arrivals, departures, and compliance with building policies. Maintain visitor, contractor, and incident records using BuildingLink software. Assist with package management and resident package retrieval. Coordinate use of the freight elevator for approved moves and deliveries. Perform routine building inspections and equipment readings as assigned. Monitor parking lot activity and report suspicious behavior. Respond appropriately during emergencies by contacting management and emergency services. Provide outstanding customer service while helping maintain a secure residential community.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and observation skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Security, concierge, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Hours are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
