JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at our residential property. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain attentive and professional throughout their shift. This position plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and secure environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Receive incoming packages and deliveries and ensure they are properly recorded and distributed to residents or the Management Office. Ensure all vendors and contractors sign in upon arrival and are appropriately directed to Property Management. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general resident inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate Management staff. Maintain a clean, organized, presentable, and welcoming lobby/front desk area. Promptly report maintenance concerns, resident issues, suspicious activity, or other property-related concerns to Property Management. Conduct hourly walkthroughs of the building's common areas and grounds to identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or security concerns. Document and report any incidents or unusual activity occurring during the shift. Communicate effectively with Property Management and maintenance staff regarding issues requiring attention. Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times. Qualifications & Skills Previous front desk, concierge, customer service, security, hospitality, or residential property experience preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Friendly demeanor and positive, professional attitude. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Strong verbal communication skills. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with residents, visitors, and vendors. Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift. Ability to handle resident concerns calmly and professionally. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and follow established property procedures.
