Front Desk Concierge:

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar concierge role in a medical spa, beauty, or wellness setting. You will have the opportunity all things beauty and wellness!

Skills:

Social Media, Telephone etiquette, Managing schedules and booking

Appts Customer-Focused:

A passion for providing high-quality customer care and enhancing the client experience Motivation and proven sales experience with the desire to up sell services.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer care in a fast-paced, luxurious spa environment

Client Engagement:

Greet and welcome all patients as they arrive at the spa, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression, with an emphasis on checkout.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations, ensuring smooth operations and optimal use of resources

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative tasks including processing client information and maintaining accurate records in systems

Billing and Payment:

Process payments, provide receipts, and assist clients with billing inquiries

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with medical professionals, aestheticians, and other spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up calls or messages to ensure patient satisfaction and to encourage future bookings

Client Retention:

Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and upcoming services to encourage repeat visits

Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, confidentiality guidelines, and spa protocols- HIPPAA compliant as our patients experience is our top priority. What you'll need: A passion for the aesthetics and beauty business. We are a close-knit group who really care about one another and want to see all of us do well. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and be invested about delivering top-notch customer care in a fast-paced, luxurious spa environment Seeking a positive can-do attitude, we really have a great time at work :) Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, any previous medical records or appointment management experience is a huge plus Spanish speaking also highly beneficial!!
