LifeHealth Administrative Health Screeners are responsible for carrying out administrative and clerical duties pertaining to participants before, during and after wellness screening events, typically in a corporate office setting. Staff are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of wellness events while providing excellent customer service to participants and clients. This position is seasonal PRN as needed, not full or part time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Complete administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation, and PHI consolidation Ensure participant identity and eligibility is identified before participation Complete event set up, take down and maintenance Manage and direct the flow of participants according to appointment schedule including walk-in appointment additions Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain participant privacy Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities :

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role Medical or Administrative office experience preferred Must be US Citizen Must possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team while being flexible and adaptable to changing situations. Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and adapt to different environments. Must be able to work extended hours that require active movement on a continuous basis. Must be able to maintain HIPAA Compliance. Willing to travel Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years of age or older Current BLS or ACLS through the American Heart Association (preferred)

Physical Demands:
