Guest Experience Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual who can seamlessly transition between front-end customer service and back-end operational tasks. If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment while providing excellent customer service, this position is for you!

Job Responsibilities:

Front-End Duties:

Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the facility, ensuring a warm and friendly experience. Assess customers' needs and recommend the best package or experience based on their interests. Process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Inform customers about sales, promotions, and packages to enhance their experience. Provide safety instructions and guidelines for each activity (smash rooms, splatter paint, axe throwing, etc.). Restock and clean the facility throughout the day, before opening, and after closing to maintain a clean and safe environment. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding bookings, events, and general information.

Back-End Duties:

Prepare rooms and materials for each activity (such as setting up splatter paint supplies, ensuring smash rooms are stocked with items, and sharpening axes). Clean up and reset rooms after each session to maintain a smooth flow of operations. Handle inventory management for smash room items, paint supplies, and safety gear. Assist with special events or private parties , ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and switch between front-end and back-end duties as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Ability to lift and move items as part of resetting rooms. Punctual, reliable, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience with POS systems is a plus, but not required.
