Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Concierge to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional service that enhances their overall experience. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure resident feel welcomed, valued, and well-cared-for throughout their stay. Duties Greet and assist residents with a warm, friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival and throughout their stay Process payments efficiently using credit card POS systems and maintain accurate financial records Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or conflicts with professionalism and effective conflict management skills Perform manual handling tasks such as package deliveries while adhering to safety protocols including first aid and CPR procedures Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk roles, preferably within resort environments Strong customer service skills with a passion for relations and creating positive experiences Shift would be Saturday or Sunday from 12am-8am, Friendly and positive personality Watching cameras and report writing
