Dr. Buffalo MedSpa and Surgery is a modern, high-end medical spa offering results-driven treatments in a calming, luxurious environment. We're looking for a Front Desk Concierge who can deliver impeccable client service and help create a seamless experience from check-in to post-treatment care. You'll be the first impression of our spa and one of the most important parts of our clients' journey.

What We're Looking For:

A vibrant, polished, and professional demeanor Previous experience in a medspa, salon, luxury retail is required Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Experience with booking/scheduling software Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate guest needs Available evenings/weekends and open to occasional coverage shifts Responsibilities Welcome clients warmly —in person, over the phone, and via email—with professionalism, care, and a sense of calm Manage scheduling for services and providers with accuracy and flexibility Answer questions about services, memberships, packages, and skincare products Process payments and maintain accurate records of client information and purchases Support providers with light back-of-house tasks and prepare treatment rooms as needed Keep the front desk pristine and stocked with refreshments, retail products, and promotional materials Upsell retail products and promotions that align with client goals (bonus opportunities!) Stay current on services, treatment protocols, and spa offerings through ongoing training. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in medical spa or medical office is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
