Job Description

Now hiring an Admissions Concierge to support our admissions team and provide exceptional service to our residents and families. Excellent team, competitive pay and career growth!
Pay Range:
$28.00 - 30.00 per hour , full time
Admissions Concierge Duties Include:
Assisting the Admissions Coordinator with processing admissions and responding to referrals. Conducting tours of the facility for prospective residents and families. Providing exceptional service to residents, families and prospective residents while communicating with hospital case managers and other departments as needed. Assisting with admissions agreements and other required admission paperwork. Helping coordinate room turnover and preparing rooms for new admissions. Collecting, organizing and filing admission paperwork and other required documentation. Assisting with census reports, resident records and other administrative paperwork. Performing other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Admissions Concierge Requirements Include:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional and outgoing personality. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Must be dependable, motivated and willing to take initiative. Long Term Care, healthcare, admissions or customer service experience preferred but not required.
