The ideal candidate brings warmth, discretion, and a commitment to exceptional service, helping residents and guests feel welcome while maintaining a secure, well-run entrance. Responsibilities Greet residents and guests courteously and provide attentive door service. Verify visitors and coordinate access according to building procedures. Assist residents with luggage, packages, deliveries, and transportation. Receive, organize, and document packages accurately. Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming lobby and entrance. Communicate promptly with building management, the superintendent, maintenance staff, and fellow team members. Respond calmly to resident requests, emergencies, and security concerns, following established building procedures. Protect resident privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Experience in a luxury residential building, upscale hotel, or comparable service environment preferred. Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous manner. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and consistent punctuality. Ability to manage multiple requests while remaining calm and attentive. Familiarity with visitor management and package tracking systems is a plus. Ability to work assigned shifts; please include your availability when applying. Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay of $25-$30, based on relevant experience and qualifications. $1,000 monthly health care stipend, totaling $12,000 annually. Paid vacation and time off. 401(k) retirement plan.
